Boys Recreational

Exxcel's Boys Recreational program is designed to challenge students of all ages and abilities. We understand that kids learn in a variety of ways, and we teach our classes so students learn by seeing and doing. Our motto in the gym is "No lines, no waiting, a lot of turns!" Classes utilize all USAG-approved gymnastics equipment including the vault, pommel horse, still rings, high bar, parallel bars, floor exercise, trampolines and TumblTrak.

Progressive and creative lesson plans break new skills down into individual techniques and stations to make learning easy and fun. Our qualified instructors encourage self-confidence and a love of learning through positive encouragement and realistic goals and challenges. Sometimes we even get a little silly, but we work hard in every class and always have a lot of fun!

Exxcel's Boys Recreational program is open to boys of all ages and abilities. We even have a separate gym in the building dedicated to boy's equipment. No prior gymnastics experience is necessary! Please see our class descriptions below.
